Nintendo revealed the inclusion of two new Ultra Beasts in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon during its Nintendo Direct presentation. The Japanese game developer, which announced the Poke Ball Edition New Nintendo 2DS XL during the event, has not divulged much details about the two beasts, except for the code names.
UB-Burst resembles a clown and gamers will encounter it in Ultra Sun. However, UB-Assembly resembles to a tower and can be encountered in Ultra Moon. The revelation confirmed that Dusk Form Lycanroc will not be the only new Pokémon that gamers will encounter in this Poke Ball edition.
The Nintendo Direct presentation was focused on new additions such as a beach dedicated to surfers and a valley of Pikachus. Moreover, gamers can also procure new items such as Pikachu cap.
The legendary Pokémon Necrozma will play a significant role in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. The Prism Pokemon merges with the mascot Pokemon Solgaleo to become Dusk Mane Necrozma in Ultra Sun. On the other hand, it takes over Lunala to become Dawn Wings Necrozma in Ultra Moon.
The Japanese gaming company revealed a new move for Lycanroc during the presentation. The brand-new Z-move, known as Splintered Stormshards will be used by all three forms of Lycanroc. The move will be used to inflict damage and eliminate terrain. Gamers purchasing a copy of either Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon can avail a special Rockruff, which can be evolved into Dusk Form Lycanroc. The Rockruff’s attack in Ultra Sun will be known as Fire Fang, while it will be known as Thunder Fang in Ultra Moon.
Poke Ball Edition New Nintendo 2DS XL will be released on November 3 this year. While, Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon for 3DS will be launched on November 17.
